Meet Daniel J DuBrock

Managing Partner

Dan is the Managing Partner of Weis, DuBrock, Doody & Maher. He practices before the Cook County Assessor, Board of Review, Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board, and the Circuit Court of Cook County in matters relating to property tax reductions, incentive and enterprise zone relief, compliance matters, exemptions, delinquency matters, specific objections, etc...

Dan has years of proven experience and success fighting property tax assessments. He has focused his legal practice to property taxation since 1988; providing great service and comfort to our diverse clientele, that appreciate the counsel of one they feel understands and shares their perspective.

Dan graduated from Lewis University in 1981 and received his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1987.

Dan worked for the Cook County Assessor’s Office from 1981 to 1987 as an assessment analyst and as a staff attorney in 1988. He is also a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer as designated by the Illinois Property Assessment Institute.

From 1988 to 1991, Dan was associated with the law firm of Arvey, Hodes, Costello & Burman. While there, Dan worked in the State and Local Tax Department.
