Meet Christopher J. DuBrock

Associate

Christopher earned his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2019 and has worked at Weis, DuBrock, Doody & Maher ever since.

Throughout law school, Christopher worked for Illinois House Minority Leader Jim Durkin. While working for Leader Durkin, Christopher assisted with legal research and analysis. Christopher's research included House Bills that relate to and impact the Illinois Property Tax Code. Today, Christopher applies this knowledge to our property tax appeals throughout the State.

Christopher also interned with the Internal Revenue Service's Office of Appeals. While working as an intern for the IRS, Christopher gained knowledge of the inner workings of the federal tax appeal process, as well as all of the different parts of the Federal Tax Code.

Christopher earned an Undergraduate Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. This degree required years of rigorous flight training. Christopher eventually became a Certified Flight Instructor and taught many students at his former school. Through flight training and instructing, Christopher learned that decisiveness and attention to detail are very important, in and out of the airplane. This is also true with regard to the practice of law and property tax appeals since one little detail can make or break a case.
